Key Steps to Healthy Weight Loss
This workshop is for those of you, who despite your best effort, are not losing the weight you’d like to lose. Let’s dig into KEY changes you can make in your wellness routine to get the scale moving!
Spring Session
May 11 – July 6
This program meets on Tuesday evenings at 6PM.
Nutritional Topics Include:
- The key to fat-burning
- To snack or not to snack?
- What does a healthy consumption of sugar look like?
- Is it important to eat organically?
- Building an eating plan around whole, real food
Exercise/Activity Topics Include:
- The importance of walking
- How to get the most out of cardiovascular activity
- Very simple exercise routine you can do at home
- Add play to your life
Participants will receive a journal to track progress and take notes.
There will be no class during weeks 5 & 7 so that you have additional time to practice what you’ve learned, as well as have an opportunity to set up an add on for additional learning!
