Dive into fun and fitness with our Gym & Swim program, designed for kids ages 5-13! Every Wednesday afternoon, children will enjoy an exciting combination of swimming and gym activities. There will be one bye week March 26th for our spring break, there will not be any gym and swim that day!

The program kicks off with an hour in the pool, featuring a 30-minute structured swim lesson tailored to build water confidence and improve swimming skills. After drying off, kids will enjoy a quick snack and then head to the gym for an hour of engaging physical activities, games, and challenges that promote teamwork, coordination, and healthy exercise habits.

Whether your child is new to swimming or already loves the water, this program offers a balanced mix of learning and active play, making it the perfect midweek adventure!

Participants should bring a swim suit, towel, snack, water bottle, and dress in athletic attire including closed toe shoes.
