General Group Exercise Classes

The 3-2-1 workout consist of 3-1min strength exercise, 2-1min cardio exercise and 1-1 min core work out. 3-4 rounds will complete this workout!! The 3-2-1 method is a simple formula for great result in this 30 min class!! 3-2-1 and you’re DONE!!!

Adaptive-Certified Personal Trainer, Logan Roy will engage and motivate with fun, challenge and game-based fitness to get everyone smiling, moving, and feeling accomplished. Exercises will vary each week and class will cap at 15 people. We kindly request that Agency staff remain with clients for the duration of the class.

This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles. Including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscle helps us to carry on with our daily physical routines without back pain or injuries. Let’s build better core strength for life!

This class is the perfect introduction to cycling! Our experienced cycling instructor will guide you through getting the perfect fit on the bikes before taking you through an introductory cycling workout. You’ll learn cycling positions and terminology in a non-intimidating slower paced environment, while still getting a great workout!

You never know what you’re going to get in this 45-minute class. Come ready to work, sweat and blast those calories!

Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. From circuit-style routines to creative muscle-toning exercises, each class brings its own unique challenges.

Your instructor will have your heart rate up while working through a variety of movements at your own pace. Increase your stamina and strengthen your core during this fun filled class!

CIRCL Mobility is not your typical exercise program; it truly focuses on actively taking your body through movement patterns using macro and micro join movers to improve range of motion + flexibility.

This class is ALWAYS geared to the ABS yet almost always incorporates other muscle groups! All levels welcome, modifications available.

Take a ride indoors as an instructor guides the class on an all-terrain journey that will get your heart pumping and challenge you to give a little more. The focus is on proper cycle technique, body alignment, and cardio drills. Whether you’re an advanced cyclist or just getting started, this workout is customizable to your athletic level, don’t be intimidated, come out and give this FUN class a try!

Foam rolling involves the use of a foam roller to relieve muscle tension, increase blood flow, and promote healing of injured and sore muscles. Participants must bring their own foam roller.

The class will incorporate resistance training combinations found in functional strength training, power lifting, and cross fit to really amp up the calorie burn and forge the fit you want!!

Group Power will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

This stability ball class focuses on glutes, core and arm exercises. To promote a strong and healthy body with a solid foundation in stability.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the scientifically proven program to sculpt and strengthen your body. The class combines intervals of high-intensity exercise switched up with periods of low-intensity active recovery in a fat-blasting workout. Reach your edge with big movements and short intervals. We focus on using your bodyweight to burn fat, involving every muscle working together, and improving your aerobic capacity.

Hybrid Training is a training method that combines multiple training approaches to develop a variety of skills including strength, cardio, endurance, and functional fitness. It often involves using multiple types of equipment to create a well-rounded workout.

Get ready to feel the power!

We will guide you through a warm up followed by a series of punches and kick combinations. You can modify the speed and intensity based on your level. We will add in some Core work and some Cardio style moves. This class will get your heart pumping, work on your balance and agility, and help you feel powerful. This is a non-contact kickboxing class. No equipment needed.

Nothing is as it seems here, this challenging class keeps you seated for 30 heart pounding minutes. We will climb, we will sprint, we will ride all from the saddle; we incorporate Tabata, interval training and more while focusing on our RPM’s and Watts. Come on in and give it a try, you will leave it all on the bike!

This class prepares participants at all fitness levels for everyday life all while taking it easy on your joints. A wide variety of exercises will be used to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion all while making your muscles and heart a little stronger; expect your heart rate to increase while we work different muscle groups using hand weights and body weight. All exercises are fully customizable.

This is a floor based class on a mat. We will work on a series of  strength, flexibility, and breathing exercises, using your own body’s ability and also a Pilates Ring.  This class can be modified for all ages, body types, and fitness levels  This class is based on the work of Joseph Pilates.

Get On the Ball to get the most out of your workout! Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced athlete, adding a Fit Ball to your fitness routine is one of the most versatile tools you can use. This class will take you through moves that work your body head to toe with increased complexity (not intensity), adding an extra level of instability to challenge your every move.

This class is a great mix of strength, cardio and core. Each class will consist of 10 exercises, 10x each AMRAP (as many reps as possible). You can push yourself to the limit in this 45 minute class! All levels welcome.

With the use of free weights and mats, RIPPED Class combines cardio-based sections with strength training. It builds endurance and works up the whole body incorporating a lot of plyometric moves and core-focused exercises.

Shake it UP is a DANCE PARTY! This class is designed to be fun and accessible for people of all ages and fitness levels featuring a mix of slow and fast rhythms, and can include both low-intensity and high-intensity moves. We will target core, legs, and glutes and can help improve cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility and stamina. 

Sprint 8 is a 20-minute high-intensity interval cardio program that is designed to get maximum results in minimum time. You’ll start with a three-minute warm-up, followed by 30-second sprints and 90-second active recovery periods. As you near the 20-minute mark, you’ll finish with a 2.5-minute cool down, then down to the ground for 10mins of core work.

Come get TOUGH on our TURF! A form of high intensity interval training this class incorporates all aspects of fitness from strength, metabolic conditioning, bodyweight movement and agility. We’ll utilize a variety of equipment including ropes, kettlebells, tire flip, bosu trainers, weights, jump ropes and more. Is your weight room workout getting stale? Are you just getting started and looking for a welcoming place to get started? This class is perfect for the seasoned athlete or the rookie.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises while using 360 degrees of full range motion. This versatile workout puts you in control of how much you want to challenge yourself, our certified instructors will assist you with modifying and or customizing every exercise giving you the safest, most personalized workout possible.

Improve your overall performance and advance your TRX training. If you are ready to step up your workouts, TrXtreme will challenge you to the core. This intensive conditioning class uses the TRX suspension system along with other equipment to increase your strength and endurance.

Perfect for everybody and every body! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

This class is for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance, by using Zumba® Toning Sticks, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!           

Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

Level I, AOA

Set aside any preconceived ideas about Yoga and pull up a chair! No matter your age, physical abilities or experience level, adapting your practice to include a chair matches poses to your personal needs.

All Levels

Using the breath as a guide, this class is one of flowing movement. We begin on the floor with gentle stretching then move into dynamic standing poses and balance work.  We return to the floor for hip stretches, core work, gentle backbends and finally ending in relaxation or “Savasana.”

A yoga class described as ‘Hatha’ will typically involved a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practiced more slowly with more static holds.

Hatha and Vinyasa yoga share many of the same poses. In their own ways, they each emphasize controlled, conscious breathing to help you relax and improve your fitness. The biggest difference between them is the pace at which you change from one pose to the next.

You Gotta be KIDding me Yoga class incorporates active yoga, bubbles, balloons, games, play-doh, yoga cards and more! Get your kids moving in a fun, creative and active way! While the kids are in class, join Logan for Hybrid Training in the classroom next door – what a great way for the whole family to get in some exercise!

Revitalize your mind and body with this unique blend of both Yin (Passive) and Yang (active) Yoga in a single 60 minute session. Add this class to an existing practice or welcome it as a stand alone addition to your already established workout.

Escape the never ending to-do list and reward yourself with this relaxing yoga class.  Class includes 60 minutes of gentle stretching to release muscle tension, balance work & gentle core strengthening. Class ends with a 10-15 minute guided meditation to clear your mind & prepare for sleep.  Relax and renew to a better YOU!

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. Yoga helps bring balance into your life, reduce stress, helps to increase flexibility, strength, and clarity.

In this class we practice deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga – the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly. When your body enters a state of relaxation, your mind can also consciously relax so your tension melts away.

Water Exercise Classes

Full-body cardio and weight designed for all ages and fitness levels. This class uses a variety of equipment to keep your workout fun and interesting.

You’re invited to the Zumba® POOL PARTY! It’s time to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine. Enjoy less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class and really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging to help tone your muscles. Just add water and shake! 

All levels

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! Silver Sneaker Splash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required,  and a special Silver Sneaker® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. Silver Sneaker Splash provides a friendly and supportive group atmosphere to help you decrease pain and stiffness associated with limited mobility. You will learn exercises that can help increase your joint range of motion and strengthen muscles without putting excess stress on joints.

Active Older Adult Classes

20 mins of low impact cardio, a small break, followed by 20 more mins of low impact cardio. We end on the floor with a variety of core and back exercises. Class ends with a light stretch. 

Starts with 10 mins of low impact cardio, laughs and friendship followed by a light stretch. Using weights, we isolate each body part: legs, arms, back, shoulders chest, glutes and abs, followed by light stretching between each one. This gives you a full body muscle toning work out. Modifications are always available.

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. 

Stretch & Tone will move you through a series of stretching and toning exercises to improve overall functionality of the body. Using a variety of methods, we will relax hypertonic muscle groups and improve range of motion available at the joints. This senior based class is great for anyone that wants to slow down and focus on mobility.

Calling all Active Older Adults (AOA)! Did you know that TRX focuses on building functional fitness, which is key for seniors. This class will help you see positive effects in the areas of flexibility, strength, bone health, cognitive health and balance!
